For Pre-Order

Because these treasures are coming specially for you, here is how the magic happens:

Arrival Time: Please allow 2–4 weeks for your goodies to arrive at our shop!
Quality Check: Once they arrive, we’ll spend 1 week giving them a cozy home and a thorough inspection to ensure they’re absolutely perfect before they head to you!
Cancellation Policy: Changed your mind? No worries! You have 3 days from your order date to cancel for a full refund.
Final Sale: After those 3 days, all pre-orders are considered final sale to keep everything organized and special!

For Other-Order

Dispatch Window: All orders enter production and processing immediately after purchase. Shipping and fulfillment will begin 1-2 weeks after your order date.
Tracking: Once your package is handed off to the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email complete with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
